JOB DESCRIPTION	Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process Prepare and maintain employee contracts Coordinate and support employee training and development programs Assist employee welfare and engagement activities

JOB DESCRIPTION	Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment Assist in diagnosing equipment issues and performing necessary repairs under supervision Support senior engineers' regular maintenance work, and during breakdowns or emergency repairs Keep records of work done, tools, and parts in order, and follow safety rules Coordinate with the finance team for submitting invoices, receipts, and payment requests To coordinate and cooperate with the suppliers for maintenance work To maintain the building facilities and to reduce the maintenance cost (expense)
